![]() ![]() Any prolonged violence between soldiers and miners could unsettle investors again. Tech giants and automakers that use Congolese cobalt in smartphones and electric cars are already trying to clean up their supply chains after reports of child labor at informal mines in Congo. The United Nations has often accused the Congolese army of human rights abuses. Years of negotiations, alternative employment programs and sporadic interventions by the police have all failed to resolve the issue, which has long been a concern for mining companies sitting on some of the world’s richest mineral deposits.īut using soldiers to keep illegal miners out of vast concessions is likely to be a protracted and potentially violent battle, analysts say. “The army started to burn down the tarpaulin houses.”ĭeploying soldiers to clear tens of thousands of illegal informal miners from mining concessions is a new approach by the authorities in Democratic Republic of Congo, who have wrestled with the problem for decades. “They didn’t say anything to anyone,” said Fabien Ilunga, an official in Kafwaya, which is home to thousands of miners eking out a living by illegally exploiting the nearby mineral resources. You don't have to pay for 'Membership' but you have to get 'Cheese' or 'Fraises', which we all don't mind because at least there is a two payment option, whereas in Animal Jam you just have to pay either 'Gems' or 'Diamonds', and not all things are unlocked.FILE PHOTO: Artisanal miners work at the Tilwezembe, a former industrial copper-cobalt mine, outside of Kolwezi, the capital city of Lualaba Province in the south of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, June 11, 2016. Although I would say the Moderation for Transformice is way better than for Animal Jam whereas Animal Jam mostly looks for money. Sadly, it is easy for you to get bullied more for teens in this game. (not a good name either xD) Transformice has one main goal "get the cheese into the hole", although there are as well as mini-games and the chat is not restricted. And you would have too pay for 'Membership' so you can get everything in 'Shops' and the Membership doesn't even last. And as well as if you're sending a very personal 'jam-a-gram' to a 'buddy', it can restrict for 'I love Animal Jam!' or 'I love Play Wild!'. Although there is a lot of mini-games, it can start to bore you. ![]() (not a good name but eh) Animal Jam because it's restricted and you can type things without really getting insulted. Although, if we did have that option, most likely people would vote for one of those two options. Now think about it and choose: Transformice. More reasons:ġ) it's NOT LAGGY (dependingonyour internet/wifi) while animal jam (according to me) is laggyĢ) There are LOTS of games + rooms (especially Module) and you can either play on your own or with your friends or with other random peopleģ) You can ban/report hackers anytime and anywhereĤ) You can trade multiple things easier with other peopleĥ) NO ONE can ban/report you unless if the banners/reporters have really good/convincing proofĦ) You can make your own rooms of ANY kind!ħ) There are new updates and modules and modes (module, village, transformice, etc.) added ALL THE TIME!Ĩ) EVERYTHING'S organized and there are lots of options/categories to buy from (furs, hats, etc.) and even more, you can save your outfit for only 1000 cc! (which you can earn within a week, minimum a day)ĩ) You can get married, have friends, ignore certain people and, most importantly, you can add ANYBODY!ġ0) You can draw art about transformice and it might be posted on the transformice home & Changelog page! They check monthly!ġ1) You can earn fraises (which needs to be bought with money) by completing a set of 10 obtainable event relics! Just make sure an event is active.ġ2) There's no such thing as membership! Everyone has almost the same rights (unless if youre a hacker), even if you buy fraises! I vote for transformice because it's really to play with.
